Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- We will assess the situation and offer either a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Allergy or Skin Reaction

Return Conditions

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
