Shipping Policy

We ship from Sydney, New South Wales, and we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Order processing

Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, such as sales, it may take a little longer, and we'll keep you posted.

Delivery within Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days
  • Rural and remote areas may take a few extra days

Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your address and order, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Any free shipping offers we're running will show up there too.

International delivery

We ship to a growing list of countries, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Japan and much of Europe. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days depending on where you are. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees can apply to international orders. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient, so it's worth checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery details

Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re shipping, and extra shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or it turns up damaged, email us at info@nextskin.com.au with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier and either replace your order or refund you.
